持之以恒的鍛練

持之以恒的鍛練

 

有時我為自己如此有規律而感到自豪。即使在休息或度假的時候, 仍然按照我通常的作息時間, 到點睡到點起。還記得在大學期間, 我是唯一一個一大早起床去外跑步,而我的室友還在睡覺。此後, 運動一直是我生活的一部分。

 

兩年前很高興買了蹦床。與在跑步機上慢跑相比, 在蹦床上跳來跳去肯定對膝蓋更好。我可以很容易地在上麵不停的跳30分鍾。我發現蹦跳相當有趣, 它也可能有助於收緊小腿和手臂的肌肉。

 

另一方麵, 雖然Elliptical比蹦能燃燒更多的熱量, 但需要費大的力才能做到這一點。在中途中若不休息幾分鍾, 要一口氣完成 3 5分鍾的鍛煉並不容易,會覺得上氣接不了下氣。 Elliptical 是防止膝蓋損傷的首選.

 

跑步機現在不受我的青睞, 因為跑步時間長會造成膝蓋痛。

 

在我看來多運動和每天做有成效的工作是一種充實的日常生活方式。

 

{ Sometimes I feel proud of myself for being so disciplined.  Even during the break or on vacation, I still follow my usual schedule as when to go to bed at night and when to get up in the morning.  I still remember the time during my college years that I was the only one getting up early in the morning to jog while my roommates were still at sleep.  Since then, exercise has been part of my routine.

 

I was glad to get a trampoline two years ago. Jumping on trampoline is definitely easy on the knees compared to jogging on the treadmill.  I can easily jump on it none-stop for 30 min. I find jumping quite fun and it may also help tighten the muscles of calfs and arms.  

 

Elliptical, on the other hand, can burn much more calories than jumping, but requires a lot of strength to do it.  It is not easy to finish a 35 min workout without taking a few min break in between before out of breath.  Elliptical is best known for its easy on the knees.

 

Treadmill is out of my favor now as running hurts the knees.

 

I think keeping active and productive at work is a way of good daily life.}

萬維假巴 回複 悄悄話 》嗬嗬,這個話題是一個我喜歡的話題。

工作以後到美國來的頭幾年,我因為工作忙,找理由不鍛煉了。膝蓋有點問題了,疼痛,還去看過醫生。以為這輩子不能再跑步了。七八年前,不記得是什麽原因,也許是當地血壓有點短時的升高,又有學校的體育館的原因,開始在裏麵行走體育館好玩。

開始半小時不太快的行走,大慨也就是幾個月的時間,膝蓋有的疼痛就沒有了,反而可以比較快速的行走了,進而過渡可以快跑了。之後一直堅持到現在,每周跑三次200米X4衝刺,心率可以達到150次/分鍾以上。現在看來不過量比較劇烈的運動還可以同時增強腦力和記憶力。
