論憲法第一修正案之死

這是以前發表的一篇關於Muller調查Facebook帖子的文章， 轉貼這裏備個底。

The First Amendment

• Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances

 

現在Facebook上發的貼子和廣告都可以成為政府起訴的理由， 政府可以花上千萬美元來調查"Unwitting"美國人，隻是因為有人在他不知道的地方發了關於他的貼子。以後美國政府可以公開迫害任何人了，因為任何人都是有罪的，隻是"unwitting"。 "Presumed innocent until proved guilty" 也就成了空話。不要以為這隻是針對俄國人，隻要開了這個口子，沒有人可以逃掉， 政府一定可以找到你的二舅的表弟的鄰居的某某等等是外國人。這正是Bill of Rights想要防止的行為。左左們今天興高采烈地慶祝政府的違法行為， 難道沒聽說過what goes around comes around? 按中國人的話來說，叫做 始作俑者，其無後乎
