Listen to nothing that the World Bank a colonized institution says. Remember what  the IMF said about Ghana and what happened to it today? I am not saying Ethiopia it not doing well, but leave out the  criminal colonizers rhetorics out of it. ?????????

The US and EU had been involved in Africa, in extracting its natural resources but not one African country became developed thru' that. No extra schools, hospitals, infrastructure, transport, were build or improved on. 

But with China's involvement and model in Africa, there are  significant visible improvements in its infrastructure, dams, energy, schools, hospitals, transport, etc.

Africa has to proritize the following:
- Food security 
- Education - basic( primary/ tertiary).
- infrastructure 
* roads 
* railways 
* ports.
* water & sanitation 
The loans have to be long-term ~ 50 years.

A United Africa needs a system like the Chinese model because the continent is cut up like a wedding cake and the foreign ownership of resources are having decades of honeymoon exploiting the resources. Once the resources are in the hands of Africa the continent will have the potential to eradicate poverty and corruption.

Africa will never change because its leaders refuse to move on. As soon as the outside helps leave things fall apart due to neglect or in fighting for personal gains. Change our mindset that's holding us down.

Lier ! Ethiopia was colonized beI Italy, secondly Ethiopia had never Ports, it has only colonized Eritrea from 1961 - 1991.
Eritrea is. And Ethiopia returned to its Land Lock.

Jai Hinduja.   India BBBW with the US to help Africans.   If you need US$ loans, look to the World Bank.  If you need money to pay back US$ loan, look to IMF.
