Hansen Natural (Nasdaq: HANS)  reports Q2 earnings of $0.28 per share, in-line with estimates. Revenues came in at $156 million versus the consensus of $158.94 million.

Citigroup downgrades Hansen Natural Corp (Nasdaq: HANS) from Buy to Hold and trims their price target from $51.25 to $51, citing valuation.

Analyst Gregory Badishkanian said their thesis that the company is well-positioned to capitalize on favorable industry trends remains unchanged, but they find the stock less compelling given its 42% appreciation over the past four months versus a 2% decline in the S&P 500.

Shares of Hansen Natural closed at $46.07 on Wednesday, with a 52-week range of $9.89 to $52.72.
