 中國文物局反對國外拍賣公司拍賣圓明園流失的文物，不是說這件東西是我的，你們不許拍。並通過所在國的律師出麵贏得法律上的保護。 而是說這會傷害我們民族的感情，希望你們如何如何。 簡直是怨婦的調子！

中國文物局的在中國任何規定在其他國家不能生效，隻能通過所在國家的法律來取得保護。 拍賣行不會理會沒有法律代表的信函，特別是怨婦般的請求。When ownership is in dispute with legal representation, the auction house has to withdraw the disputed item until the issue is settled in court.  The mere request from a bureau from a foreign country will be dismissed lightly by the auction house, over the interest of itself and its client.
