原材料:紅皮土豆6個,大個青椒一個, 甜蔥頭半個
調料:Teriyaki 醬,醬油,鹽,油
做法:將紅皮土豆去皮切半入水煮軟。撈出用勺再切成大塊。青椒切丁,蔥頭也切丁。 鍋內少許油熱後放入青椒丁和蔥頭丁煸炒。然後放一勺Teriyaki醬,一勺醬油,鹽少許,再放入土豆,燒幾滾。出鍋。
心得體會:土豆先用水煮,而且用勺切塊兒,很容易入味兒。加上在煮土豆的時候就可以準備青椒,蔥頭,比用生土豆一起燒更快。再有土豆用水煮比先過油更省油健康。
口感:鬆軟鹹香。
變化:喜歡吃辣的朋友可以加辣椒或麻辣油。
"Liangmom's Quick Cooking Recipe": Pepper, sweet oinion and potatos with Teriyaki sauce
Vegetables: 6 red potatoes, peeled. 1 large green sweet pepper, half sweet onion.
Seasonings: 1 table spoon Teriyaki sauce, 1 table spoon soy sauce, ¼ tea spoon salt. 2 table spoon peanut oil.
Cooking steps:
1. Boil the peeled red potatoes to soft and then use the spoon to cut it into large pieces.
2. While boiling the potato, prepare pepper and onion by dicing them to small cubes.
3. Turn the heater or gas stove to Medium High. Add 2 table spoon peanut oil to a non-stick flying pan or wok. Heat the oil to medium high, then place diced pepper and onion to stir fry for about three minutes.
4. Put 1 table spoon Teriyaki sauce, 1 table spoon soy sauce, ¼ tea spoon salt. Let it boil for a minute. Then put in potato, a little bit water (1/4 cup).
5. Let it boiled for two minutes. Stir the vegetables to let the sauce cover the vegetable evenly.
6. Turn the heat off. Pour it out to a plate. Done!
Tips or comments: By boiling the potato and using the spoon to divide the potatoes, the uneven cut allows the potato observing sauce and flavor easily. In addition, it will be healthier when boiling the potato first instead of stir frying it.
Taste: Soft and roasted flavored.
Modifications: Could add some seasoning oil such hot pepper oil or sesame oil at the end based on individual’s preference.

今天臘八,昨天晚上熬了臘八粥,也泡了臘八蒜。今早路上一碗暖暖的臘八粥開車上班也不怕雪了:)
