2015巴爾的摩暴亂後,我在本壇呼籲建議,大舉購買巴爾的摩的房子,雖然本坦反應比較負麵,但是美國地主總統床鋪,和他的地主女婿聽到了,竟然一個月就買了 5500套巴爾的摩的房子。可惜我隻買了2個duplex 樓,每個樓 2 個 lot, 一個 lot分別有 2-3個 units. 一共10個單元,月租金在 1萬-2萬;波動大的原因是部分房子還在裝修,買房及裝修投資11萬,一年回報就把投資全收回來了。下麵是我的舊帖:
