我的呼籲，被床鋪采納了

2015巴爾的摩暴亂後，我在本壇呼籲建議，大舉購買巴爾的摩的房子，雖然本坦反應比較負麵，但是美國地主總統床鋪，和他的地主女婿聽到了，竟然一個月就買了 5500套巴爾的摩的房子。可惜我隻買了2個duplex 樓，每個樓 2 個 lot, 一個 lot分別有 2-3個 units. 一共10個單元，月租金在 1萬-2萬；波動大的原因是部分房子還在裝修，買房及裝修投資11萬，一年回報就把投資全收回來了。下麵是我的舊帖：
