The Last Lecture - book review

Randy Pausch is the author. He wrote the book before he passed away.

I am inspired by Randy's book. I learnt a couple of things from the book:

  1. Never give up and there will be always a way to get what you want. Keep trying and change the ways you get it.
  2. Talk to people can make miracle happens. It is amazing to ask and to express your desire, your idea and your thoughts.
  3. Always look at the bright side but be prepared for the worst case scenario.
  4. Show your gratitude. Always appreciate the people who helped you and let them know how much you are grateful on their helps.
  5. Work hard and there is no short cut, which may be useful for short-term, but not effective for long-term. It also applies to how to deal with people.
  6. Experience is more valuable than results. Don’t afraid of mistakes, but try to be the first one trying it.
