Ingredients:
13 middle section of chicken wings
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs minced ginger
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp turmeric powder
¼ cup Chinese cooking wine
¾ cup chicken broth or water
2 tbs honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oyster sauce
One handful of basil leaves
Directions:
1. Add oil in cooking pot, light fry the wings until a little crust is formed, add minced garlic and ginger, cayenne pepper, and turmeric powder, fry lightly until fragrant.
2. Add cooking wine, chicken broth/water, honey, salt. Cover the lid, bring to boil, and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook until the wings are tender (about 30 hour).
3. Thicken the sauce by leaving the lid ajar, about 20 minutes.
4. Add oyster sauce and basil leaves, mix well, and serve.

步驟:
1. 鍋裏加少許油, 煎一下雞翅隻微黃。加蒜,薑,紅辣椒粉,薑黃粉,炒香。
2. 加料酒,雞湯(或水),蜂蜜,鹽,蓋上鍋蓋,燒開後轉小火,燉約半小時至肉軟熟。
3. 開一點鍋蓋,轉中火, 收濃湯汁, 約二十分鍾。
4. 出鍋前加蠔油,九層塔,拌勻。
