早上起來感覺身體很累,想想索性不要難為自己,所以就決定練習個P.M.的瑜伽,因為會很安靜,不用太多的體力和精力,放鬆和 Let it go。
估計是擔憂很重,所以very low energy。做了一些花園的嗬護,感覺好多了。於是開始打掃洗手間,可能因為是個體力活,做完心情豁然開朗。全當成是鍛煉身體。
今天有朋友加我入online瑜伽的群,非常感激。晚上8-9, 老師是義務的,非常nice,一起練習的姐妹們也非常好。
一天下來,正能量越來越高。
