律師大衛·格克7日透露，勒都諾患癌症去世，終年58歲。
據報道，1996年當時34歲的小學女老師勒都諾性侵年僅12歲的男學生富拉勞，被法院判定兒童性侵罪罪名成立，從1997年入獄一直服刑至2004年。
勒都諾從監獄被釋放後，當時已成年的富拉勞向法庭請求法官允許他們見麵。盡管對勒都諾的禁止令被撤銷，但這位羞愧的女老師仍然是華盛頓州登記在案的性犯罪者。
勒都諾和富拉勞於2005年結婚。他們一直保持著婚姻關係，直到2017年富拉勞提出離婚。
據報道，2013年勒都諾還因違規開車被捕入獄。美國金恩郡監獄指出，勒都諾2013年1月被當地警方查到使用已遭吊銷的駕照開車上路，因為本人開庭時未到場，2013年9月警方對她發布通緝，勒都諾後被捕移送監獄。
