Dear Mr. Cheng,
Thank you for asking our assistance regarding the source of your experiences. Our report is attached. We have addressed the three questions you asked. They were: 1) can cognition (the “mind”) be controlled by external energies, such as electromagnetic fields? 2) What is the source of the experiences to which I have been exposed during the last year? 3) How can I stop the experiences? To answer these questions we completed three separate quantitative electroencephalographic measurements during the two days you visited the laboratory, completed the structured interview, monitored your responses when you sat quietly within an acoustic and grounded (Faraday cage) chamber, and analyzed your psychiatric profile as inferred by the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory.
The answer to your first question is “yes”. Both theory and multiple experiments, starting with Frey’s original work during the 1960s and continuing with our research, indicate that complex thought experiences can be induced and modified by applied, appropriately pulsed magnetic fields generated by MHz to GHz range carriers. The answer to your second question is that our quantitative and qualitative EEG data indicate the presence of an electrical anomaly within the right side of your brain, particularly within the temporal-insular region, that has increased your sensitivity to and interpretation of stimuli. Our quantitative EEG data also showed that when you wear the hat you have modified your brain patterns became more normal.
We strongly recommend that a MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and a SPECT (Single Photon Emission Computerized Tomography) of your brain be completed as soon as possible so that the structural aspects of this change in your brain can be identified. We can then assist you more effectively.
