對不住，給你潑點冷水。“ 腹股溝積液 ”這個診斷是怎麽做出來的？做了超聲檢查了？為什麽會出現積水？再者，假設是” 腹股溝積液” ，用你自己的方式緩解最多也就一周時間吧！
希望再多觀察一段時間才能得出結論是否真正緩解。

我做了超聲檢查，其結果與2022年9月做的CT結果吻合。
EXAMINATION: ULTRASOUND HERNIA GROIN LEFT
DATE/TIME: 12/28/2022 1:26 PM
HISTORY: groin hernia
COMPARISON: CT abdomen pelvis dated 9/10/2022
TECHNIQUE: Targeted ultrasound images were obtained within the left groin/inguinal region of concern.
FINDINGS:
Within the left groin/inguinal region, there is a large amount of fluid/fluid collection measuring 6.4 x 1.5 x 2.1 cm which does not respond to Valsalva.

其實如果醫生仔細點，或是更專業點，應該可以看出hernia 還是seroma？一直想與鍋先生，FUZ 等本壇老師談談，但是不好意思打攪，耽誤您們的時間。

這應該是腹股溝滑動疝（Inguinal sliding hernia）。當腸道降入疝囊時就是常說的疝氣，如疝囊中沒有腸子 隻有腹水時就可以是“囊腫”。這種情況時腹壁肌肉的缺損和疝囊仍然存在，但開口可能比較小腸子不容易降下來，而正常的腹水可以流入疝囊。
現在囊腫消失了，但以後還可能複發。手術修補腹壁肌肉缺損，切除疝囊應該是最有效的治療。

謝謝老道！您講的很有道理。那些腹壁肌肉的缺損和疝囊（6.4 x 1.5 x 2.1 cm）如不變化（heal）後患無窮。我想變化肯定是有一些的。這與什麽原因造成了積水和積水的曆史有關。我是打乒乓球時，球拍edge打到那裏了。當時很痛。但是沒有停止打球（每周4，5次，每次2小時）。幾個月的時間那傷口的積水越來越多，直到2月19號服用Horse Chestnut 400mg/天，3月1日感覺無積水了。直到十天的無積水，我才向本壇訴說我的story。 -gweipwu (566 bytes) (25 reads) 03/10/2023 post reply 09:53:50
Inguinal sliding hernia/inguinal hernia if non symptomatic and reducible and does not affect bodily function, surgery to repair is not necessary. Only concern is that the hernia may become strangulated which requires immediate surgery. -akc (196 bytes) (23 reads) 03/10/2023 postreply 10:03:39

我2月13已經看過general surgeon。Dr. S 連讓我躺下都沒有。我站在那脫褲後，他用 手摸摸，沒有花一分鍾。加上我問問他的時間in all 不過5分鍾。
他的助理沒有測體重，在他的report上竟然有我的體重！他的 Diagnosis: Left Inguinal hernia. Left hydrocele. Possible left varicocele.
他的charge是$500！
