查了一下中文名，原來這魚也叫黑鱸。網上還有說它屬於石斑類。。

另外一條紅燒了。老二說是紅燒魚裏最好吃的，勝過Haddock， Cod。據說這周還會有。很期待。。這魚的魚頭大，頭骨也真硬。居然沒能打開。。哈哈，照片就免了。

夏季的蔬菜開始上市了，茄子，西紅柿，柿子椒，西葫蘆。周末做了兩次French Ratatouille，因為太受歡迎了。
