感謝老二,她送的聖誕禮物之一是訂閱一年的紐時。有空就看,裏麵有不少菜譜。嘿嘿。

今天讀到一篇 For Better Brain Health, Preserve Your Hearing

沒想到,失聰對大腦的影響這麽大。。。保護聽力,太重要了,應該從年輕時就開始注意。
