很感謝貼出 United States Department of State / Foreign relations of the United States diplomatic papers, The Conferences at Cairo and Tehran, 1943 。

有幾點我確信了。

第一，硫球絕對不是日本的。要是的話，就不用討論了。

第二，蔣，美同意中美共管硫球。"(5) ... that China would be agreeable to joint occupation of the Ryukyus by China and the United States ..."

第三，七十年代美國讓日本管理硫球已經違背了原先的承諾。"(6) ... President Roosevelt, on his part, proposed that China and the United States should consult with each other before any decision was to be reached on matters concerning Asia. The Generalissimo indicated agreement." 據此，人民日報關於硫球問題可以再議隻不過是舊話重提。

蔣如此那樣說，無非是兩條，第一，我力量不夠，無法獨自完成，需要美國幫助。第二，共同管理有利於和平環境和防止日本軍國主義再起。兩國共管，不會因為一國私利而損害另一國，也不會使其中一國與日本同流合汙對抗另一國，也不會因為一國因經濟軍事原因放棄監管。這點或許還有語言問題，想找一下中文版本。

但有一條，蔣絕對沒說那是日本的。

可惜的是當時的中國國力瀛弱，蔣不敢說沒問題，因為確實有能力問題。中國一直不提，也是因為國力不夠，同時也是給美國一個麵子。


現在，是時候了，中國可以說，大哥辛苦了，多謝，沒問題，我來了。我們一起來維護太平洋。
