我在油管上看到的 2014年七月紐約房地產經紀說的,分享給大家 :
1. Get 2-3 loan pre-approval letters from big banks
2. Get pre-approval letter from seller agent's favorate lender (they know it they could get approval)
3. Higher downpayment (e.g 50% or higher)
4. Bring your W2, paystub and credit score
5. Agree to pay partial expense of the house or loss of rent if loan is not approved.
6. Offer price: highest possible (這點誰都知道)
7. Cover letter (for sellers who are attached to the house) to show how much you love the house and how you will take care of the house!
不過,這跟上一波房地產危機之前的做法是一個樣,而且還是兩年以前的2014年! 所以,房地產危機是不是不遠了? 泡沫是不是已經很大了?
