投壇俠客們,這個投資怎麽樣?我擔心的是維護費用可能低估了,所以 cap rate 才這麽好。
1963年建的。可能要經常維修。水,電,氣,下水道,外牆,屋頂這些可以查出年齡麽?如果自問而他們能夠提供維修/換新的收據,是否可以相信? 否則這個維修可能是個吃掉利潤的東東。
