以前閱讀《紅與黑》隻是因為它是一部巨著，完全沒有理解作者的意圖，但經過越哥的解說才真正意識到於連是一個難得的鬥士，一個不屈不饒的向舊世界挑戰的英雄。

當他要赴死的時候，我看到的是他終於可以光榮的為革命而犧牲的坦然，並不是因為自己犯罪，在法庭上挑戰一群上流貴族的審判是他的最終目的，可惜他傷害的都是女人，革命為何一定要選擇情場，他有頭腦也有優秀的皮囊，任何時代，跨越階級的愛情也是通往上下階層的鑰匙
靠女人想改變秩序是不可能的，他隻是想融入這個不公平的秩序，中國和平崛起以實力改變現有不公平的秩序才是正道，發展中國家的和平崛起要被尊重而不是打壓，隻有給發展中國家公平的發展資源，讓可循環的蛋糕做大，人類才有希望。

法國鳳凰男真的不容易，本事，顏值，情商都在線，他的確值得。不像某些階級固化曆史不長的國家，跟不上時代嶽父母以為女婿勤勞有學曆就能複製自己的成功。鳳凰男隻要姿態低就能得手。
非常好的作品，非常好的解說。然而，無論哲學，社會學，心理學，及其它的任何科學理論，都不能真正的闡明人受苦的根源，更不明白人存在的意義！人的核心問題是生命的問題，是生死的問題。其實無論貴賤老幼，人的真實情況是悲慘的：人是有限的，有罪的，要死的，人因為罪（世人都犯了罪虧欠上帝的榮耀，）就落在上帝的憤怒和審判之下。人人都有一死，死後且有審判。然而上帝是信實的，是聖潔公義的，又是憐憫慈愛的。上帝愛世人，甚至將祂的獨生子賜給他們，叫一切信他的不至滅亡反得永生。人隻有回到生命的源頭（上帝那裏），活出造物主—上帝的創造目的才是我們存在的意義，也我們的祝福。為越哥禱告。

兩個想法：1）批評社會太容易了，有能力的人應該去改變社會，甚至締造新社會；2）為了統治的穩定，西方采用了貴族製度，印度是種姓製度，隻有中國設計了獨一無二的科舉製，給了窮人子弟上升通道。

階級大概是難以跨越的鴻溝，人心也是難以捉摸的跳躍；有時候我們盲目的追求，然後走著追著就混淆了最初的目的。然後我們遇到一些人，一些事，它們超出我們的預期，又似乎正中我們的下懷。很多時候我們以為在按照自己的計劃走，卻不知我們也是別人計劃裏的一部分而已。

我個人是很反感底層都是好的頂層都是壞的這種觀點的，這看上去真挺low的，現實裏底層翻身至少是一樣惡，通常是變本加厲，大家也都是繞著底層人走的，可憐之人必有可恨之處。

My left shoulder disclocated when I was swimming 15 years ago. Subluxation. It is painful when it out of the place and I managed to push it buck since the first time. Ever since the first time, I avoid put my arm up and backwards. Cuz it’s easily subluxasted if I do. I wonder how can I get better and have no problem raising up arm and backwards? Train shoulder muscle work or not? I mean can stronger shoulder muscle protect bones?? Someone can kindly gimme advice? Thxxxx
