Me-too: I have a rule to keep me sane: I stop reading news at 6 PM; stop reading WeChat at 8 PM, and start reading novels on print-paper-media or reading Text Books on writing - put me right to sleep.
I doubt, skeptical, blue light from cell phone, TV, computer, disturbs your brain wave, much more than print-out paper media.

the cancel will not change anything since the season 3 will have a proper ending watch it. Try at least till the 5th epsiode, it's an excellent sci fi show
