a good fence makes a good neighbor - boundary is must!
Years ago, as the first buyer of house, I looked around some houses with a friend/colleague - some with fence, some without. He bought that house without fence - later got huge fight with his neighbor as his neighbor kept watering toward to his house wall (both houses share the same soil without fence or line.
I with instinct chose a house with fence clearly cut off brick fence - thank God for that instinct.
