《劇情內容》留洋回來的振保在一家外商公司謀了個高職。為了交通方便，他租了老同學王士洪的屋子。振保留學期間，有一個叫玫瑰的初戀情人。他曾因拒絕過玫瑰的求歡而獲取了"柳下惠"的好名聲。王士洪有一位風情萬種的太太，她總令振保想入非非。有一次，士洪去新加坡做生意了，經過幾番靈與肉的鬥爭，在一個乍暖還寒的雨日，振保被這位叫嬌蕊的太太"囚住"了。令振保所料不及的是嬌蕊這次是付出了真愛的。當她提出把真相告訴了王士洪時，振保病倒了。在病房，振保把真實的一麵告訴了嬌蕊--他不想為此情而承受太多責難。嬌蕊收拾她紛亂的淚珠，出奇的冷靜起來，從此走出了他的生命。在母親撮合下，振保帶著點悲涼的犧牲感，娶了身材單薄、靜如止水的孟煙鸝。新娘給人的感覺隻是籠統的白淨，她無法喚起振保的性慾。振保開始在外邊嫖妓。可是有一天，他竟發現了他的陰影裡沒有任何光澤的白玫瑰煙鸝，居然和一個形象蝟狎的裁縫關係曖昧。從此，振保在外邊公開玩女人，一味地放浪形骸起來。有一天，他在公共汽車上巧遇了他生命中的"紅玫瑰"嬌蕊，她已是一種中年人的俗艷了。歲月無情，花開花落，在淚光中，振保的紅玫瑰與白玫瑰已是一種現實中的幻影。舊日的善良一點一點地逼近振保。

Seeing all the familiar locations around East Aurora and Colden was my main reason for watching, but then I happened to find a really well-written and well-acted movie that I wasn't expecting. I hope this becomes available for purchase or for streaming, because ION chopped it up with more commercials than I think I have ever seen for one movie.?
