The Hunger Games

這兩天終於把這本小說看完，真好看！電影也是box office big hit.今天不到下班時間就迫不及待地往電影院趕，終於看完電影。這兩天好像就是為Hunger Games 活著似的，雖然不至於茶飯不思，但也是到達了朝思暮想的境界。

 Hunger Games 不單純是一部動作片，人性的很多方麵都在這個電影裏展示出來--愛，恨，恐懼，希望，親情，憐憫，無畏，冷酷，凶殘。。給我印象最深的是一個太不平等的社會。住在Capitol的人都過著極其奢華的生活，錦衣玉食。而住在各個district的人民卻要每天忍受著各種困苦和精神折磨，饑餓，勞累，病痛，羞辱。。，更不能忍受的是一年一度的reaping, 每個district 都要有一男一女兩個tributes去參加Hunger Games, 去成為Capitol的特權階層的消遣的道具， 被無辜地殺戮， 人們每年都要擔心自己或家人不幸被選成為tribute。

這種不平等讓我想起了幾十年前的中國，住在首都的人民好像很有特權，比起周邊城市和農村來，差距很大。在北京吃菜，肉，魚，都比其他城市好， 冬天有暖氣，不用買劈柴，煤球，蜂窩煤。。，從樓下到樓上，一趟一趟地搬。而且做飯又有煤氣可以燒，不用自己起火做飯。我那個時候因為經常去北京的親戚家，所以對這些差異和不平等體會很深。還有一個住在首都的特權就是有北京戶口的人可以很容易上北大和清華。我上了北大以後才發現，對於首都的高中生來說，那不是要做出很多努力的事情，我的大學同班就有人比我的高考分數低一百分，那時候高考滿分也就六百分。但比起那些出生在農村的孩子來，我們這點差距又算得了什麽?

看來了The Hunger Games, 讓我莫名其妙地想起了很多年以前的事。。
