日本政府把全世界都狠狠地涮了一把！

4月22日，中國環球網就日本首相投書的一些疑問的采訪了日本駐華使館新聞官西先生（鏈接在此），日本駐華使館新聞官西先生澄清說：部分中國媒體把菅直人首相在美國媒體上的用辭“regret”翻譯成“道歉”是不準確的，日本方麵對福島核事故的態度對全世界任何國家都一樣，不存在什麽“道歉”，隻是表示“遺憾”。

現在引發爭議的日本首相投書中這句原文的翻譯和解讀：“I take very seriously, and deeply regret, the nuclear accidents we have had at the Fukushima Daiichi plant. Bringing the situation under control at the earliest possible date is my top priority. ”

日本政府毫無誠意，大耍曖昧模糊的文字遊戲！

日本首相給中國的投書中是這樣表述的：

“關於福島第一核電站，發生了按國際原子能事故評級被評為最嚴重的事故，我對此感到非常遺憾，並高度重視。”

4月15日日本首相菅直人向美國的三大媒體投書後，美國的多家媒體將其解讀為：日本首相為此表示了道歉。

其中，美國的華盛頓郵報在4月16日就曾發表了一篇題為：“當海水中放射性物質上升時，日本首相為此次核危機而道歉。”的文章。

之後，全球的許多西方網絡媒體都進行了轉載或進一步地解讀報道，現列舉兩條如下：
