16.grip properly -- relax left arm and grip at base o finger, check by holding club out see if club face is square; finish the backswing by concentrating bellybutton and belt buckle, aim well. square to slightly close stance and whipping your hips around leaving you shoulders and arms lagging behind bringing the club inside will fix your slice
17. swing, relax, maitain same grip pressure through out full swing, breath out while swing, listening to your breath during breathing out, keep your mouth open
On tip #1: Be careful, if the weight are not transfered timely to the left during the downswing, it will be a fat shot.
On tip # 2: Aiming 10 feet left is too general. How much to open the face and how much left to aim depend on the sand and the lie of the ball. It will take a lot of practice to get the feel.
On the tips regarding uphill lie, downhill lie, sidehill lie, etc., the tips are good. But I have found these two are particularly important: keep shoulder parallel with the ground, keep lower body stable and make a smoother, easier swing than usual.
Another thing that I found out is that thinking and swinging don't mix. Never think during the swing. After the pre-shot routine, step to the ball and swing away. Need to totally commit to the shot. Whatever happen will be dealt with later. Allow yourself to hit at least 6-10 bad shots per round and expect only 1-2 perfect ones will also help to reduce the pressure. The less the stress, the better the score.
