麵團材料
3+1/2杯麵包粉 (King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour)--- 3+1/2 cup bread flour
½ 杯糖,另加2大勺糖用作放到發酵液內 -- 1/2 cup sugar, plus 2 table spoon sugar
5 1/2大勺黃油(室溫軟化)--- 5 table spoon butter (softened)
½ 小勺鹽 -- 1/2 tsp salt
1個雞蛋
2 小勺幹酵母粉 -- 2 tsp yeast
1 杯溫牛奶 -- 1 cup warm milk
350F烤20分鍾左右
1 個大雞蛋(各64克左右)-- two large eggs
