Deposit some money in the bank, and it is better to make fixed deposit. Do not make withdraw due to momentary desire. You will feel a sense of security, which is a great benefit to the health.

大多數人認為經濟是他們首要的壓力之源,壓力可以縮短壽命,而且還會產生一些諸如抽煙酗酒的壞習慣。把部分錢存在銀行,最好存成死期,不要因為自己一時的欲望而隨便取出來,這樣最起碼心裏有了安全感,對健康也有很大好處。
