故事梗概：　　

　　清末，馬賊綁架了清朝副都統的女兒陸瓔，年輕的土匪陳九將其救出，兩人成親。在好友孫殿臣和沈中和的幫助下，陳九在哈爾濱開辦了“宏發祥貨棧”，並逐 漸成為哈爾濱的皮貨老大，因此招致日本商人莊本的嫉妒。莊本欲搞垮陳九，費盡心機。戰爭爆發，日本占領東北，莊本使用各種手段，使得“宏發祥”的生意日益 艱難。這時，陳九得到一批羊皮，但莊本奉日本關東軍之命，要用這批羊皮製作軍服，為了不讓羊皮落入莊本手中，陳九毅然決定將羊皮全部送給抗日的馬賊。最 終，莊本的計劃落空，被關東軍收押帶回日本審訊；陳九的兒子即將誕生，陳九高興不已，重獲希望......
