磚家同學最近有些麥兜風采- 直上直下莫有腰來莫有脖子,所以有了以下磚家表妹“精心“準備的快速25分鍾二人晚餐。(其實是偷懶!)
餐點:
1. Prosciutto & bocconcini skewers (finger food)
2. Veggi Spread Bread (Main)
-Step 1 (5 mins)
- 串串Prosciutto/cherry bocconcini wrapped with mint leave/semi-dry tomato
(P.S. 可根據個人口味加extra virgin olive oil, groud black pepper. 或用basil代替mint, cherry tomato代替semi-dry tomato).
小帖士:要一口吃所有材料,口感有層層疊近的感覺!
-Step 2 (10 mins)
Mix up - diced tomatoes/avocados/red onion/coriander leaves/lime juice/salt/pepper
-Step 3 (10 mins)
Pre-heat oven (Grill/150度),toast bread, spread (Step 2) on toasted bread, put a bit butter on the top, grill it in oven for 3 mins.
