1943 尼米茲 與 豪爾西 交談  同為4星上將

 

豪爾西  1944年6月 被任命為 第三艦隊 首任司令 旗艦 密蘇裏號 受降日本就是在他的旗艦上舉行的 9-2-1945

豪爾西 被授予 5星海軍上將 是 1945-12-11， 尼米茲 是 1944-12-14。尼米茲早一年。

 

司令 在他的 旗艦上 當時 4星上將

 

這個老兵 豪爾西 海軍上將軍  以 “Bull牛司令”著稱
