今晚收拾孩子書包，發現兒子寫的一篇小作文。和姐姐相比，兒子的作文水平有待於提高。雖說如此，兒子心中的童趣，還是能躍然紙上的。老師給了好幾個A呢。

作文全文如下：

Look inside my heart and you will find that I truly love a lot of things. I love my family because they are nice to me and polite to me. I love Pizza because it is well-made and it is hot. I love New York because there are lots of places to play in and there are lots of restaurants. I love splash down because I love the water slides and the diving board. My favorite things are very special to my heart.

我來翻譯一下我兒子的小作文：

我和你說句掏心窩子的話吧，我喜歡的東西太多了。首先，我愛我的家人，因為家人對我愛護有加。其次，我愛比薩餅(PIZZA)，因為熱乎乎的比薩餅烤製得十分講究。另外，我還喜歡紐約，因為紐約有很多好吃好玩兒的地方。最後，我很喜歡我生日聚會時去的遊泳池(splash down)，因為我喜歡水上滑梯和潛水板。我愛的人和事，均為我心之尤物。

我的讀後感：這孩子除了喜歡吃喝玩樂，沒什麽遠大理想呀。我最喜歡第一句，look inside my heart……，這句能讓人想到詩歌。
