Lifeboat

We might not think we ever need a lifeboat
in the sea of life
yet we use it more often than we think
friendship for most, love for some,
spree of any sorts all the time
We tend to forget the safest and strongest lifeboats
of all are ourselves
specially our ever wheeling and willing mind
of no shape
