The Christmas Party

Today I went to a Christmas Party at Heritage Park. The trip took 20 minutes. When we were there we had to walk for a long time! There were also a lot of people! There at the hill top we saw a big tent with a big line that extended outside.That is where the Christmas Party was. The line was waiting to sign up for the Christmas Party and get a number. When the announcer calls out a number the family with that number sit on Happy the Husky's lap. Oops I meant only the kids get to sit, the parents take pictures. Santa was busy doing something that's why we didn't sit on his lap. But actually the Santa was fake, last year my sneaky brother pulled up his fake boots when Santa was talking and saw his real socks! While we were waiting for our number to be called, me and my little brother went to the car racer. I was the yellow car and my brother was the blue one. His was the fastest, it worked so well! Mine worked a little bit. Then we went to decorate a gingerbread cookie. Me and my little brother put a lot of icing and sprinkles on it. After we were done it looked so delicious! We gobbled it. Then I went to build a mini christmas tree using popsicle sticks, a marker, glue, and sequins. Sadly, our number was called and I had to throw mymini christmas tree away! Me and my little brother sat on Happy the Husky's lap. My dad and momtook lots of pictures of us. After, we got our presents. One klutzy thing I did was that when they gave me a present it said Boy-10 but I was 9! They said that my parents said that I was 10. So I asked and my mom said that she actually did! She put me as 10 because I was 9 and a half, how klutzy!When we got our presents. Everybody was gone, we were the last ones! We walked back toour car and went back home.
