Intake needs to be controlled, don't eat too much. Exercise comes second to intake. Reduce Chinese meal 3 dishes and 1 soup to 2 dishes and 1 soup to 1 dish and 1 soup. You will lose weight.

仰臥起坐 has nothing to do with 減肥!
You need to do jogging/cardio....
但是同時人體熱量消耗和基礎代謝有關,而肌肉多的人基礎代謝也高,所以練肌肉不隻是練的時候消耗熱量,不練時也在消耗。相反若是隻做慢跑之類的耗氧運動,不做的時候就完全沒效果了。
