誰應該給我 Good Faith Estimate? realtor or broker?

我問broker要，他說我的agent應該給我。我的agent倒是給了一個，但我記得在什麽地方看到過說broker 應該提供。另外，用local broker好還是直接跟bank borrow?

should come from lender,even though some states broker might be required to provide that. You should ask bank for it.
