能用seller的title company嗎?

正在買一個forclosed 的房子。如果用seller (bank)的title company， 隻需要花$150.自己重新找title company,要花>$2300. 我的agent說用seller (bank)的title company也可以.不知道會不會將來遇到問題?哪位有經驗的請不吝賜教!多謝!!

justneedaname 2009-04-09 09:56:49 回複 悄悄話 sorry, in this case seller is the bank. You should be OK to use their attorney. Just be careful reviewing all the document. The most important thing here is the inspection of the property.
