Seems like everyone is wrappling with weight, particularly women.
But most people I know cannot lose weight permanently because weight lost always comes back after a while.
It is very hard to develop a healthy relationship with food. Ironically, many people are opt to suffer, instead of having fun, from eating.
I am not an exception. If my memory does not fail me, I began my long harsh battle with food four years ago. I have no idea why but more and more I am obsessed with my figure and appearance. Hence, food is gradually deemed as a bad thing that I should avoid as much as possible.
What I have learned is that the only effective way to control weight is to change the lifestyle and meanwhile transform your views upon yourself and the world around you.
