Year 2011 is coming, and I'm wondering why there is not a new year resolution this year. Perhaps last year's planning is still in the implementation phase and people don't need to have a new one at this moment.
For me, I belong to this category, however, I do have a new resolution, which is to carry out the promises that I made last year. Moerover, I have guts to say and boast a little here that I've achieved a lot over the past year since last Near Year's Resolution. I am satisfied with what I've done and what I've been doing and I am expecting a more challenging and fruitful new year forthcoming.
Recaping for this year, there seems to be nothing specular and nothing stands out to catch my attention. Nevertheless, I do feel satisfaction, peace and wealth. My job is relatively secure and I proceed well in some spare time teaching activities; I do be able to spare some time at least weekly to engage some English reading for I've almost finished several reading projects (I seeked for myself.), which involve either intensive reading or extensive reading for pleasure. What I treasured most from this reading activity is not the satisfaction from the accomplishment of the projects, but the valuable infomation that I received from the activity and from the books that I read. There's treasure in books and there's happiness in books.
I have no specific plans for the coming new year, and no deadlines for what I am currently doing, but I do set some goals to myself which exercise some pressure on me and I can feel the pressure on one hand, I also see hope and achievement on the other, as the more the pressure is the nearer the goals become. No matter what it would be in the future let it be.
