PS：不知前人為何非要把Spain (España)譯為西班“牙”。還有那個葡萄牙，更沒道理。既然給人家按了“牙”，人家會咬人的。新聞是：

RFI: Spain Court Indicts Jiang Zemin
According to a report from Radio France Internationale on November 19, a judge from Spain National Curt issued a rogatory letter (letter of request) to Chinese Authorities requesting to indict former Chinese Communist head, Jiang Zemin, for the persecution of Falun Gong.

The report said judge Moreno issued this letter based on a lawsuit filed by Falun Gong practitioners. According to a lawyer for Falun Gong, the practice accused Jiang Zemin of genocide against practitioners in China. The Spain National Court delegated an investigation committee, which has finished a preliminary investigation. The judge's rogatory letter was issued per request from the investigation committee.
