Change people mind

I 'm working for  property company of Campsie .L.J HOOker in Sydney. One property in good location and price is reasonerable, but still on the market alrady 6 weeks, why ? Because any buyers said " place too small" but small price and small place, it's fair.However people thinking that use small money buy big place.
So I try to change people mind, when the open house inspection the day ,I showed the Garage first, as a big garage,after I told the buyer"upatair of place is only 60 squart meters for 2 bedrooms, i bathroom and kitchen . At the end,The buyer didn't said that small place and said that I 'm interested in this property .
After couple weeks he bought this property.
