       下午兩點四十多道瓊斯指數竟然跌了近一千點兒，跌到一萬點兒以下（從最高點10,879到9,870）納茲達克也跌了兩百多點。不記得前年金融危機時一天之內有這樣的跌法，如世界末日到來一般。2008年9月29日道瓊斯指數收盤時跌了777.68點，今天收盤時道瓊斯指數隻跌了348點。

       後來據CNBC報道，這可能是人為的錯誤導致: "According to multiple sources, a trader entered a "b" for billion instead of an "m" for million in a trade possibly involving Procter & Gamble PROCTER & GAMBLE, a component in the Dow. Sources tell CNBC the firm in question that handled the erroneous trade is Citigroup. The bank said it has no evidence of a bad trade but is investigating the situation"。這錯誤不知是否害得有人傾家蕩產和跳樓？
