關於外出旅行時乘出租

本人走的地方不是太多，但在不同的地方也打過一些的，國內就不說了。

總的來說，在不發達國家，一般車上沒表(或有表不用) ，所以在上車前一定要搞好

價(局體多少可以問一下當地人，如果是國際機場一般問事處都有一個大概價)，上

車後，如是拉美國家，一般司機都很熱情健談，是練當地語言的好機會。我在拉美

旅行時由於在行程中間丟失旅行手冊，在巴西，巴拿馬，秘魯能找到價廉物美的旅館全

憑這些司機幫忙了。其中在巴拿馬，利馬每次都走了好幾家而且都是晚上11點左右。(司機並

沒有額外收錢)。另外，在利馬還打了兩次黑車(價格僅是有執照的1/2-2/3)

發達國家(包括意大利西班牙)，製度都很規範，有問題可以投訴，都是打表。有一

次在拿波裏，晚上11點以後，公交全停了。 隻好打的，心想沒準會被宰(因為當時

拿波裏負麵的東西聽的太多)，當時喝的有點高，把旅館的地址給了司機，一路上迷

迷糊糊，拿波裏的狹窄昏暗街道彎彎曲曲上下起伏，恍惚置身於意大利的老電影裏，

大約半小時後，回到了旅館，價格一算18歐，並沒有被宰，要知道從海邊山上(有攬

車的那個)到火車站附近還是有一段距離的。

雖然發達國家出租車製度規範，但收費的細則卻不簡單。同樣一段距離，白天與晚

上，周末與平時，帶不帶行李，乘客多少。最後價錢大不相同。所以如果發現，今

比昨日多了，別就此以為被宰。心中不平時，要將車的牌照，時間，路程的起終點等記

下。付錢時檢查好發票，然後投訴。 最好不要拒付，萬一碰個脾氣不好的司機，帶

著你的行李楊長而去，反而造出一個更大的杯具。

New York Taxi Fares

•Minimum taxi fare is $2.50.

•Additional charges are $0.40 per 1/5 of a mile (at or above 6 mph) or for 2 minutes of time stopped or traveling below 6 mph.

•The night-time surcharge is $0.50 for rides beginning from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.

•The peak hour weekday surcharge is $1.00 and is charged for rides from 4 - 8 p.m. weekdays.

•There is no additional charge for luggage and no per passenger surcharge.
