昨天剛剛在微信朋友圈裏麵看到這個,馬上感覺很不錯,會喜歡做這個鍛煉。
說到對長時間坐著工作,可能會有後背還有頸部情況的人都是有幫助的,可以鍛煉很多肌肉:
The plank strengthens the abdominals, back, and shoulders. Muscles involved in the front plank include:
- Primary muscles: erector spinae, rectus abdominis (abs), and transverse abdominus.[7]
- Secondary muscles (synergists/segmental stabilizers): trapezius (traps), rhomboids, rotator cuff, the anterior, medial, and posterior deltoid muscles (delts), pectorals (pecs), serratus anterior, gluteus maximus (glutes), quadriceps (quads), and gastrocnemius.[7]
