This house is for foreclosure in our community (圖)

I saw this house every morning on the way to work, and it was obvious that the house was not taken care of because the lawn was really in a bad shape.
Last Sunday when we went out to shopping, we saw a sign of open house, and we went in, found out that this house was for foreclosure by the bank. It's built in 1995, 3,600 SF, 4/4/3 with a pool, asking for $690,000. The realtor told us the bank will definitely take lower offers.
