看到不少老中丟了工作，我給點interview看法讓大家參考。

很多人（老中多是此類，和語言也有關係）interview時是被動型（passive）。要在interview中取勝，進攻，主動型的interview手法很重要。要做到，不難：
１。當然自己要有料。
２。要有一顆好奇的心。
３。要有充分的準備。
４。要把interviwer和interviewee等同。不要怕敗。心態要正。

進攻，主動型的interview手法，從某種程度上，也反應了你的個性。重要的是，給雇主一個進取的印像。

不是吹的，股帝在花街混時，用進攻，主動型的interview手法，是無往而不利。而每次我interview求職者時，也對有料和主動型較有好感。

被動型，令你變了被審者。

主動型，令你成為和對方平起平坐的，也會令大家更了解。對贏得對方的respect很有幫助。

進攻，主動型的interview會令時間過的飛快，interview的時間都不夠用。

進攻，主動型的interview，會令你get more information about the company。 這information，會給你彈藥去對付下一輪見你的老兄，讓他對你刮目相看。

進攻，進攻，再進攻，這就是股帝的interview法寶。

還有，有空的話，讀一讀＂九型人格＂，很有用。對你的股市人生也會有啟發。我當年讀了English Version，愛到不得了。

It seems there is misunderstanding on my active approach. Being active is not the same as being overly aggressive on your approach. Active means, instead of acting like a sitting duck through the interview process, we should actively involved in the process, exchange ideas actively and thus, show your passion to the position for which your are applying.
Taking an active approach is not the same as being overly aggressive, this is the key. Be polite and nice when raising questions or giving out different opinions, always with a smile etc, will definitely help.
You are definitely right, over aggressive will yield negative. I never have suggested "不是一股腦的往前衝啊！".
Such kind of technique should be applicable to any industry, not limiting to WS.

金融界的情形我不知道。我想，如果您的未來老板是個衝衝往前衝的人，也許您多少也要表現一些衝的氣勢。如果您的老板是個比較穩定的個性，您的向前衝可能對他會引起一些不必要的戒心。麵試是要看雇主的心態與當時的環境。不可千篇一律的往前衝。重要的是如何把您自己最好，最合適工作（Fitness)的那一方麵表現出來。還有，最重要一點的就是對工作本身的熱忱（Passion)。每個人的個性不同，找工作的性質也不同，公司的文化也不同。難就難在如何調整自己，把工作拿到手。不是一股腦的往前衝啊！
