52. Dim Sum Strategy
One day, several colleagues and I went to have dim sum for lunch at a Cantonese restaurant. I volunteered to order for the party, as I was familiar with the cuisine. As we were eating, one colleague asked me what my strategy for dim sum was. "Be picky." I said, "Don't get more than two items from the same cart; instead, get only the one or at most two items that you want the most. Enjoy, talk, and relax - the next cart is coming with new varieties in a few minutes. You don't want to get full too soon without tasting all the best ones." They all nodded.
