學做Royce綠茶 生巧克力

用大塊的巧克力不凝固!!!

配方:

· White chocolate (白巧克力)-- 400 g (克)

· Heavy whipping cream (奶油)-- 125 ml (毫升)

· Unsalted butter (無鹽白脫) -- 2 tbsp (茶匙)

· Green tea powder (綠茶粉) -- 2 tbsp (茶匙)

做法:

1. Heat the heavy whipping cream in a saucepan on medium fire until it bubbles a little (but not boil!)

將奶油注入鍋中, 中火加熱至起泡但不要燒開

2. Take the saucepan off the stove,  immediately add chocolate and unsalted butter. Stir stir stir!

鍋子離火, 立即加入白巧克力和白脫, 不停攪拌

3. Pour the green tea powder into the saucepan and stir until it is all even and smooth

均勻撒入綠茶粉, 攪拌至均勻光滑

4. Take a pan/tray and cover it with parchment paper. Pour the contents of the saucepan in.

將拌勻的巧克力漿倒入放有防油紙的盤裏

5. Refrigerate until the chocolate is hard

入冰箱直至巧克力變硬

6. Cut into squares (or whatever shape you want if you want to be creative), and sprinkle some matcha

切成所要的形狀, 撒上綠茶粉
