Listened to the democratic debate. Here is my impression. Obama is great at debate, very decisive. He certainly had leadership ability. As I said, he has the spirit. But I feel that his policy is mostly wishful thinking. The host is not good. The questions are all pro democratic. They did not touch the issue such as amenesty for 12 million illegal immigrants, which is a challenging topic for the democrats. He also build a lot of his argument on attacking the republican and the bush adminstration. Yeh, bush's policy is pretty bad. But the national debt and trade deficit is not bush's legacy alone. They all talk about health care and give out promises without any details of how to fulfill these promises. Once the host was saying that Americans want change, they all jumped on being the agent of change. They just sound like getting rid of the lobbists and bush is going to make all problems go away. I do admire his charism.
Ok, Hillary, please. You can do better than attacking Obama. I have seen your debate before. You sounded far more intelligent than that. Anyway, I disagree with your mandate health care. I think Obama is more right on reducing the costs and make it affordable. Don't be mad when Obama and John Edward suggesting that you are the status quote. I know you want to be an agent of change too. This is the theme of the democrates now.
Ok, John Edward. You argument is very empty and put me to sleep. Maybe you should change your southern accent and sound more like Obama. You sould too soft for a leader. Sorry, I did not pay attention to your argument that much, because it sounds like you are repeating other people.
What is the forth person? Apparently, he is the happiest one, especially when Obama, Hilary, and John Edward attack each other. He could not be happier than that. He made fun of them bickering each other and think that he is the most civil one there. I lost my interest in you when you said that you want to get rid of Pakistan's president. What difference does it make between you and Bush's pre-empty strick? After that, I just hear blah, blah from you.
Ron Paul, you are my hero, I just hope that you are 10 or 20 years younger. You are so right about Bush's right wing policy and the problem of welfare state. You can see the fundamental economic problems rather than just give American people an imaginary pie.No to mention that you are so right about the problem of amenesty. I admire your courage for critizing Bush when the other repulican candidates jumped out on you like wild wolves. I also admire you for admiting there is radicalism in every religion. I deeply agree that America should focus on peace and prosperity. You are willing to address the issues that both party candicates refuse to address. You have the spirit of bipartisanship.
