Human Chromosome and the Bible

----Why does a man have one X and one Y sex chromosome and a woman only have two X sex chromosomes?
       It reminds me of the Adam and Eve story in the Bible. Is it a coincidence? From X and Y, we can get two X, but from X, we can never get Y. A simple logic seems to support the Bible!
