原料:1/4杯南瓜泥 1/2杯全麥麵粉 1/3杯牛奶 1個雞蛋 1/2大勺黃油 1小勺糖 1/2小勺泡打粉 1/8小勺鹽少許月桂粉少許辣椒粉
做法:
1、把全麥麵、泡打粉、鹽、糖、月桂粉和辣椒粉放在一個容器裏混合均勻;
2、打散雞蛋,加牛奶、南瓜泥、融化的黃油在另外一個容器中混合均勻;
3、把液體倒入幹的原料中,用筷子或是橡皮勺把所有原材料充分混勻,但不要用力攪動;
4、把麵糊到在3個小的碗中,每個碗2/3滿
5、籠屜加水燒開,上火蒸35分鍾就好了。
Pumpkin Pie
南瓜用水煮了一下(原方子是烤,估計非常費時),搗爛,但水分多了,就沒加牛奶而加了一些糯米粉,烤好了有點粘粘地,味道還很不錯,原方子在這裏參考:

2 cups pumpkin
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
3 whole egg
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1 each pie crust
Cut Pumpkin in half and remove seeds. Bake until soft. Peel away skin.
Puree In Blender. Pour Pumpkin in large mixer bowl and add beaten eggs,
sugar, salt, cornstarch & Spices. Gradually add scalded milk and mix
thoroughly. Pour Mixture into unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle cinnamon over
top. bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350
degrees and continue baking for 30 minutes.
